ABOUT
Joshua Claret is a composer and multidisciplinary artist born in London and based in Newcastle. After studying cinematography at Arts University Bournemouth, he began scoring for short films and independent projects before developing a more personal sound layering acoustic guitars and piano, with gentle digital elements.

Growing up in London, he was drawn to the mood and rhythm of film music and the warmth of lo-fi recordings, leading to a discography that sits somewhere between a diary and soundtrack. His work often lingers on the mundane, tracing the small details that make up everyday life, and how memory can be traced within the music.
